Maintenance

Basic Function

To ensure that all club property and equipment are maintained and kept in safe working order. To fulfil all maintenance needs and related work throughout the club.

Reporting Responsibilities

Reports to the Maintenance Manager.Qualifications and Experience
Two years experience in maintenance employee position and practical trade qualifications.

Duties and Responsibilities

General maintenance and repairs to all club properties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
Assist contractors with their duties when called to the club for service.
Perform any tasks as directed by the Maintenance Manager or as directed by Club Supervisors.
Fulfil duties as a recognised Fire Warden and Certified First Aid Officer for the club when required.
Assist in general deliveries throughout the club by service or contact companies.
