Greeting Attendant

Basic Function

The polite greeting and farewelling of customers of the club. Enforcement of Government Regulations regarding the 5 kilometre rule, the admission of minors, and the admission of alcohol or drug affected customers.

Reporting Responsibilities

Reports directly to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

School Certificate (or equivalent). The ability to read, write and speak English. Good customer service skills. Prefer the ability to interact with customers from all nationalities and socio-economic backgrounds.

Duties and Responsibilities

Greeting and farewelling customers.
Assisting customers with general enquiries and directions.
Enforcement of club dress codes.
Enforcement of Government Regulations, such as 5 kilometre rule and the admittance of minors.
Enforcement of rules and laws pertaining to the admission of drug or alcohol affected customers.
Perform any additional duties or tasks as directed by either of the Operations Managers or Supervisors.
