Basic Function

This work role is concerned with the general cleanliness and regular cleaning of all fittings and fixtures in the Gaming Lounge.

Reporting Responsibilities

Reports to the Gaming Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

School certificate (or equivalent). Experience in a customer service role preferable. Good command of both written and spoken English. Good customer service skills. Must be able to work as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Regular cleaning of all ashtrays at gaming machines, at the telephones and around cashier booths and Eftpos machines.
Hourly check of the Casino Toilets, to ensure all dispensers are full, and that the floor, ashtrays, bins, basins and mirrors are clean.
The carpet must be swept clean of any rubbish.
Gaming machines must be individually cleaned and polished daily.
The banks on which the gaming machines sit must be wiped clean as required.
General pick up of coin cups, glasses, rubbish, cups plates and saucers etc.
Fixtures and fittings to- be cleaned as per cleaning schedule.
Must be polite and respectful to customers at all times.
Assisting customers with general enquiries.
Perform any additional tasks or duties as directed by the Gaming Managers or Supervisors.
