Gaming Tray Attendant

Basic Function

Providing efficient and accurate service of hot and cold drinks, snack foods and cigarettes to gaming machine customers.

Reporting Responsibilities

Reports to the Gaming Supervisor

Qualifications and Experience

School certificate (or equivalent). Previous experience in a customer service role preferable. Proven oral and written communication skills. Basic mathematical skills are essential. Good customer service skills. Must be able to work as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing efficient and accurate service of hot and cold drinks, snack foods and cigarettes to slot machine customers.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
Operation of coffee machine and post mix gun.
Cleaning of food and drink preparation area.
Hygienic preparation and serving of food and beverages.
Must be polite and respectful to customers at all times.
Assisting customers with general enquiries.
Perform any additional tasks or duties as directed by the Gaming Managers or Supervisors.
