Gaming Attendant
Basic Function
This position is concerned with providing all services
to customers relating to the Gaming machines.
Reporting Responsibilities
Reports to the Gaming Supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience
School certificate (or equivalent). Secondary qualifications
preferable. Previous experience in a customer service
role preferable. Good command of both written and
spoken English. Basic mathematical skills are essential.
Good customer service skills. Must be able to work
as part of a team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Must be able to convert machine credits to dollar
amounts.
Accurate and legible completion of Gaming Machine
credit, Cashcade and Jackpot payout vouchers.
Repair of minor gaming machine faults, and reporting
major faults.
Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace.
Must be polite and respectful to customers at all
times.
Assisting customers with enquiries regarding Gaming
machines and general enquiries regarding club.
Perform any additional tasks or duties as directed
by the Gaming Managers or Supervisors.
