Canterbury has a range of bars to enjoy a quiet drink, watch sport or check out the races.

The Flame Bar and Restaurant is the feature area of the new wing, offering all-day dining from 11am and a bar for both diners and those seeking a quiet meeting place in a delightful iundoor-outdoor ambience.

The Heritage Bar adjoins Flame and provides a more intimate, sophisticted space where a full range of exotic cocktails and imported premium beers is on offer. The Heritage Bar is lavishly appointed and furnished and offers a sophiticated artmosphere.

Banyan Bar  -- next to the coffee shop and the Banyan Brasserie.  Opening times: 9am to 5.30am daily.

Bulldog Sports Bar – featuring TAB and Keno facilities*, and large screen sports viewing. This is part of the new area and is built in the same lavish style. It has several plasma TV screens, including the biggest available in Australia, and offers a spirited atmosphere for the sports minded.  

The Manhattan Bar is open for diners when The Atrium Restaurant is in operation for proivate functions, and other special event bars are available when functions are in progress.
