I understand that if I am employed, any misrepresentation or omission by me herein will be sufficient cause for dismissal from the service of Canterbury. I also authorise any investigation of the above information for the purposes of verification. I consent to taking any pre-employment physical examination required by the company and such future physical examinations as may be required by the company. I also understand that the playing of gaming machines within the club premises by employees is a dismissible offence. I understand that application forms are held for 90 days. I understand that after this time I will have to re-apply. |
